Technical documentation and registration of building and land registry applications

We provide technical documentation for building practices, in case of building or modification of a property, and land registry applications necessary to settle the property building plan following the performed interventions.

Building Titles must be submitted to the Municipality or competent bodies when building work is to be carried out, or if a building abuse is to be remedied (for work begun and/or completed without a building title). ICS srl processes the Building Titles required to authorise Ordinary or Extraordinary Maintenance, Building Renovation or New Construction works. Depending on the type of work to be carried out, we check the type of title required (CILA, SCIA, PdC, etc.), performing all the necessary activities: survey, processing drawings, technical reports, compilation of forms and filing of the paperwork and asseveration of its regulatory compliance.
Following the execution of works of division, extension, renovation, demolition, change of use, completion of an urban building or any other intervention that has modified the situation registered in the Land/Building Registry, a Variation or Update of the Land/Building Registry Plan must be submitted. In the case of the construction of a new building, on the other hand, it is necessary to register the property in the Building Cadastral Register (N.C.E.U.). In both cases, ICS srl performs all the activities necessary to prepare the cadastral practices required for the cadastral compliance of the property.
