The contruction site manager verifies the successful completion of the works at all stages of their development

Works management is a fundamental activity for the realisation of projects in order to guarantee assistance and supervision during the execution phase so that the works can be carried out in compliance with the regulations in force and the project forecasts

The Clerk of Works must guarantee the regular execution of the works according to the provisions of the official project drawings and contracts, in compliance with the technical regulations in force.
The figure of the Clerk of Works is compulsory for building works subject to a Building Permit or for those requiring declarations of asseveration of the works, in compliance with the authorizations envisaged by Presidential Decree no. 380 of 6 June 2001 for structural works covered by the Technical Standards for Construction (Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni – NTC). It is therefore a key figure in the execution phase and must be covered by qualified technicians duly registered in their professional order.

Specialist Works Management is responsible for the direction and technical control of specialist works and designs such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire prevention systems, structures, etc. ICS srl, as an expert subject in plant design and fire prevention, performs this activity for all works for which it is in charge of design, but also for the execution of works designed by other designers. Site supervision is one of the core activities of the services offered by ICS, which has been carried out for several years with great passion and professionalism.

Fire prevention technician must guarantee continuous assistance on the building construction site with technical suggestions and rapid responses to the construction company’s requests or reservations. This figure guarantees not only the correct choice and installation of protective materials and systems, the correct execution of works and anything else connected with fire prevention, but also the technical checks required by fire prevention technician during the final certification phase necessary for fire prevention certificates.
